Start by noticing your breath.

Feel air coming in and out of your lungs.

Notice your belly moving gently.

Allow yourself to be even more relaxed.

Allow yourself to go on this journey,

This relaxation journey.

Allow yourself to relax and to be present.

Bring your attention to your toes.

Feel the right side of your toes,

The left side of your toes.

Feel your bull toes at the same time.

Notice your left ankle,

Your right ankle.

Feel both ankles at the same time.

Breathe.

Feel your lower legs,

Your right knee,

Your left knee.

Allow yourself to relax even more.

Breathe.

Feel your right hip,

Your left hip,

Both hips at the same time.

Notice your lower back,

Abdominal muscles,

Your navel.

Notice without judgment.

Allow yourself to be present and to notice whatever is coming up.

Feel your mid-back,

Upper back.

Relax your shoulders,

Ribs,

Right side,

Left side.

And breathe.

Listen to your heart.

Notice your heart pumping blood,

Energy and joy through your whole body.

Imagine your heart and listen to your heart.

What does your heart want today?

Take a moment to set an intention,

A positive statement and present tense.

Whatever your heart and your body desires today can be something like,

I am loved,

I am peace,

I am at peace.

Repeat that phrase to yourself three times.

And it's mild because it's true.

Notice where in your body you feel this intention.

And breathe.

Notice your throat.

Relax the muscles in your throat and neck.

Relax your jaw.

Relax all the muscles in your face.

Notice your mouth alive with sensation.

Your lips inside of your mouth.

Feel whatever you're feeling.

Notice your nostrils,

Right side,

Left side.

Feel your eyes.

Your right eye,

Your left eye.

Feel both eyes at the same time.

Take a breath and bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye.

Notice your forehead,

Right ear,

Left ear.

Notice the crown of your head.

Take a breath and feel even more relaxed.

Allow your body to feel like it's melting in the ground.

Notice all the muscles in your body that are touching the ground from the back of your head to your toes.

Feel all the parts of your body that are not touching the ground.

Feel your whole body light and full of joy.

Bring your attention to the base of the spine.

Notice earth and the color red.

Feel yourself grounded in a safe space.

Breathe.

Feel your abdominal muscles,

The water element in your body.

Imagine the color orange.

Feel your body.

Imagine your mid-back and your solar plexus.

Imagine the bright sun.

Feel that power that you have of being your own unique self.

And breathe.

Bring your attention to your heart.

Notice a light green color.

And repeat your intention.

Feel joy and love.

Feel your heart pumping.

Notice your throat.

Feel secure to express your emotions and to talk your truth.

Link with your heart.

Notice the color blue.

It's light.

As present as you can.

And breathe.

Relax the muscles in your face.

And allow yourself to be even more relaxed.

Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows.

And notice a light purple color.

Notice that strength within you.

Notice your breath.

Feel the crown of your head.

Imagine white light that from there covers your whole body.

And you are even more relaxed,

Even more peaceful.

And even more happy.

Allow yourself to be present,

To be full of joy,

To be your unique self.

Repeat your intention.

And notice where in your body do you feel it.

Allow yourself to add a color that represents this.

From that space,

Take a breath.

And every time you exhale,

Start spreading that color,

That intention,

Five inch through your body.

Every time you exhale,

You spread it even more.

Until you feel your whole body with that color,

That intention,

That lightness.

Allow yourself to be even more relaxed.

We're coming to the end of our relaxation.

But before you move anything,

Just imagine that you're moving your toes.

Just imagine that you're moving your hands.

Just imagine that you're rolling your neck from side to side,

Saying no to all those things,

People,

Or activities that no longer serve you.

Imagine that you're rolling your head up and down,

Saying yes to life and to yourself.

Imagine that you're jumping up in the sky full of joy,

And that you're spreading your intention like confetti to the world.

Take a breath to awaken your heart.

Start moving your toes,

Your hands.

Roll your neck from side to side.

Stretch yourself like you're just waking up.

And roll your body to the right side to fetal position.

Replace your hands under your head like a pillow.

And breathe.

Bring back your intention.

Why are you here today?

And breathe.

Connect with your soul and with Mother Earth.

Very gentle,

With the help of your hands,

Come to a seated position.

Place your hands in Anjali Mudra.

Feel your body.

Feel your soul.

Notice what you notice.

Feel what you feel.

And bow to yourself in gratitude for this practice.
